Hi!

Why is the plumage of one of my quail fluffy or spiky? Before, it was normal like the other. Both acting, eating and laying eggs normaly.

That's usually caused by nutritional issues. What are you feeding them?

Soybean meal....enough said, try to find a feed with animal protein, and/or fish meal as the main source of protein.
other than that the feed looks pretty good, if that's 'truely' the accurate data of the feed.

Thanks for your informative reply! I believe that the food data sheet is accurate. It’s Estonia's leading animal feed producer since 2015 and the most modern feed factory in the Baltic States.. okay long story short I will look some new options for quail feed then. Chickens anyhow thriving.
