Chick hatched with red lump on head?

I have a chick that just hatched with a huge red lump on his head... What is going on? What should I do? He doesn't seem to be able to hold his neck up correctly, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the bump.
The bump also seems to be bleeding a little.
He managed to hatch by himself (he was the second chick out) so that gives me a little hope.
He's still in the incubator with a pipped egg, so I can't take him out.

Thank you for the reply and for checking in.
We decided to leave him in the incubator last night, and he managed to pull through. After the egg hatched yesterday, we took out the other chicks as they were picking on his wound.
Today I tried giving him some water, which he drank, and food, which he may have eaten (it was hard to tell). That gives me a little hope.
If his health starts to decline even more or he seems to be badly suffering, we may have to look into euthanasia. But at the moment, this little guy seems to have a will to live. I really hope that we're doing the right thing.

Update: we got somebody more experienced to come and take him. It's up to her if she wants to euthanize or not, but she seemed hopeful about his recovery. I'll try to keep y'all posted.
