Agree, a beautiful pullet. At 14 weeks that color wattles wouldn't be unusual. After all, the most precocious pullets would only be two or three weeks from laying. Not that I think this one is, just that it's about the right time for hormones to start kicking in.
The others in the flock are more obvious with their genders, but this one had me going back and forth a lot as she grew.
