Chick with prolapsed vent?

My 7 yr olds prized chocolate cuckoo Polish chick is 3 weeks old. For a few days her vent has been red and swollen. I was told it was a slight prolapse on a forum. Nothing has helped this chick not have a sore bottom. Can anyone help? I trimmed her tail feathers that were pushing into the area. Used preparation h, vetricyn, and warm baths. Can anyone help!?

I had one like that a few years back, it eventually resolved itself.

I cannot imagine her not making it. I am so in love with her. The back story is the best. We went to a polish breeder to get a show quality hen. My 7 yr kept picking up eggs. The breeder let her take 3 eggs. Two chocolate cuckoo Polish were hatched. A male and female.

She is our “lucky egg”. Prior to this baby the breeder had never hatched a pullet cuckoo.
