Chicken breed and sex?

Hi,
I’ve been left to rescue these two birds - we can’t decide if the one in the back is a hen or cock. And literally no idea on the breed!

maybe some kind of Old english game bantam, or maybe a dorking bantam rooster, which I don't even know if that exists but it looks like it

After looking closer, WOW. The one in the back looks very sick - pale and dark comb, weak, and overall sad looking.

You must do something about it or he'll die.
Looks like some sort of respiratory disease..? @aart?

He does look very sick. @Pictorhens, you should get him to a vet as soon as possible.

What country are you from OP? They look quite similar to Norfolk Greys, at least the healthy one does

Aren't Norfolk Grays large though? Or do they come in bantam sizes?
These look like bantams...
