My chicken has seemed sick lately. Her rear end feels swollen to me and she waddles and then will stand still or sit all day. She will eat and drink if I take her to the bowls. I have already given her an eosom bath, ferbenzadole, and meds for cocci. Thank you for your help!! She’s my favorite.

She is two years old I think. Yesterday was diarrhea with this yellow stringy thing in it

I had a Plymouth Rock go through this exact thing last month, same color poop, all the same symptoms.
What my hen had was either egg yolk peritonitis or internal laying, both reproductive issues that you unfortunately can't do much about. You can certainly help her feel comfortable through the process, though. I had her under a heat lamp and made her some cinnamon/oregano tea.

Spoiler: Recipe

Boil two cups of water in a cooking pot. Add 3 ¼ teaspoons of cinnamon powder into the pot, then add one teaspoon of dried oregano. Let them boil for five minutes. After cooling, sieve out the solids. Give your hen 2 to 3 teaspoons via the mouth 3 times daily.

But there's still hope... I'm not saying for sure this is what she's experiencing, I'm just saying this was exactly my hen's behavior and thought I'd share that this is a possibility.
