Chicken eye swollen

Any ideas on possible reasons why her eye is so swollen? I do have some kind of respiratory infection with a few of the other hens also.

It is most likely the respiratory infection.

It doesn't like an injury.

How are you treating the infection in the others?

I am using vet rx in their water along with recover 911 and sprayed them with the vet rx mixed with water.

It looks like she has a respiratory sinus infection. MG is a common one. I would get some Tylosin or Denagard/TiaGard to treat her symptoms. Attempt to press some pus out of her swollen face. Here is a video to watch:
