Hey I have a chick who I incubated back in March/April. The whole flock is doing well, but I notice every night when I put them up, she is always the last in. She has stubby-ish legs, feathers of her feet, and runs with her head down. Like leaning forward almost? She is vigorous in terms of eating, drinking, and physical activity. She just looks odd?? Tilted downward, like there might be something wrong with her neck or spine. Maybe dwarfism? I have no idea… any thoughts on this??

(she should be a maran, she has two healthy sisters that look identical to her, but they are normal)

Welcome To BYC

Can you please post clear photos of her standing?

A video of how she moves may be helpful as well. Upload video to YouTube and provide a link OR you can upload to the BYC Gallery.

Here is a picture of her! Working on a link for video.

Ive also noticed she has a hard time standing up if she lays down! It literally seems like she has scoliosis or dwarfism..
