I love to take excess guinea eggs and make noodles. Once they are thoroughly dried I vacuum seal them and freeze them. All winter I am able to have guinea egg noodles to add to beef or chicken.

My jumbo pearls I got from a local farm store. The ones in my profile pic are from crackle hatchery. But I saw someone local selling different colors last year. I hope to get some from them if I see them selling again. If not, the Iowa guinea farm is my back up. Haha. They have more colors then anyone else I’ve seen.@My2butterflies That's so neat. Where do you but all the different colored ones?
Same here, although the organic eggs of my chickens have a wonderful taste, I loved the taste of my Guineas eggs, but don't have any Guineas at the moment.Which taste better? Chicken or Guinea eggs?
Personally I like Guinea eggs more, I wish I had more than one lol.
@Joev1973 that's cool how the have their own little high groups set up. So different colors mean different sizes? Also my flock hated ground hogs and would always go after them. Not to mention the UPS guy.
