Chicken vs Guinea eggs

@My2butterflies That's so neat. Where do you but all the different colored ones?
My jumbo pearls I got from a local farm store. The ones in my profile pic are from crackle hatchery. But I saw someone local selling different colors last year. I hope to get some from them if I see them selling again. If not, the Iowa guinea farm is my back up. Haha. They have more colors then anyone else I’ve seen.

Ironically as I type my peals are under the bird feeder, every day when I pull in from work they run to my truck wanting me to shake the bird feeder lol. I think they like the millet. While the white & lavender birds stay separate from the pearls. They sleep in the coop with the Bantys while the pearls hit the trees come evening. They seem to prefer 2 seperate flocks. The pearl guineas rule the property. Roosters 3x bigger than the pearls won t dare hit the bird feeders if the pearls arw around. They chase deer away with their wings dragging & chest puffed out. I sit in my recliner ignoring the TV. You never know what your going to see between 2 guinea flocks, roosters & dozens of deer. God I love Tennessee

Which taste better? Chicken or Guinea eggs?
Personally I like Guinea eggs more, I wish I had more than one lol.
Same here, although the organic eggs of my chickens have a wonderful taste, I loved the taste of my Guineas eggs, but don't have any Guineas at the moment.

@Joev1973 that's cool how the have their own little high groups set up. So different colors mean different sizes? Also my flock hated ground hogs and would always go after them. Not to mention the UPS guy.

They are all the same size, the pearls are a year older & just never accepted the new birds when they were hatched. They keep their distance & the older birds are in charge. Hoping someday they combine into 1 big flock
