Chukar Patridge eggs, a few questions =)

I saved some chukar partridges in January from a live meat market. I had no clue if I had boys or girls or ages... today I found a small egg! My question is, do I just them do their thing? Is it an egg that will hatch? She isn't sitting on the egg at all but again I have been checking and this must have just happened with a 1-2 days ish. I would love A baby chukar and would like to know your opinions and advice on how to proceed? I read temps should be very high but we are around 70 ish here in NJ and the nights are a bit colder. Help this newbie out, please! Thank You
