Clot-looking veins in fertile egg on day 7

they could be pretty much any colour possible for pekins, we got them as mixed colour pen eggs
im struggling to sleep, can someone reassure me they will be fine so I can get some rest?

Just relax, are they the first chickens that you have kept or are they they first chickens that you have hatched ?

Ok calm down, with chicks there is a broader range of what is "normal" behaviour, I have one at the moment that has decided that it would rather do forward summersaults than run around, lol, so I am just keeping an eye on it.

When it yawns does it look like an adult bird trying to adjust its crop or clear it throat and is it breathing properly ?

Ok, if it is panting check that your brooder temperature is at around 40 degrees, check its airways are clear (the one under the tongue is hard to check so you might need something to lift its tongue up) and put a finger on its crop and see if there is anything in it.
