Cockerel?

Purchased this flock of assorted heavies. Unsure of breed. I’m thinking white Plymouth Rock? They are about 9 weeks old now and I’m beginning to think this one is a cockerel due to the comb and wattles being so much bigger and brighter red. Can anyone confirm for me please?
