If my chicken coop is going to have transparent corrugated plastic panels as a roof, how can I cut it to fit the dimensions of my coop. Also I have a Honda accord so I can only fit only up to 4ft long objects in the back seat. What tool can I use to trim the panels in the parking lot of Home Depot?

Where do you live?

In any but the coldest climates a transparent-roofed coop is apt to turn into a rotisserie unless it's located in DEEP, all-day, all-year shade.
I agree. Maybe consider galvalume. Lighter than tin (galvanized). Easy to work with and comes in colors. Slightly cheaper than regular galvanized 5V or corrugated metal.

I used ryobi compact cutoff tool to cut policarbonate. It is compact and convinient

That being sad, HD delivery costs $79 . Combine the items you need, and it will save you a lot of time and trouble.
