Copper Maran pictures

Black copper marans can have clean legs if they're based on the UK standard and sometimes it takes awhile for the copper to become visible.

Odds are good that all of these are hatchery-quality birds which are OK if all you want are eggs. If you're looking for higher quality birds like for showing, then you should probably walk away from these. Especially if the person offering them can't tell you which are which!
 
Join the Facebook group for Black Copper Marans. Lots of helpful people on there. There may be breed-specific posts on this forum as well. Link here. I also find people posting BCM on the Rare Chickens group on FB, but it's getting harder to share livestock on that site, because they keep shutting that down.
