Coturnix hatching eggs in MN? Possible ship?

It's been forever since I've been on this forum. I stopped raising birds when a tornado took out my Seramas and I moved to a city that didn't allow "barn animals" including chickens and quail. Currently have a new incubator and I'm looking to do a quail hatch. Looking for fertile hatching eggs in MN, at least 6 eggs but up to 24. I'd rather pick them up since it's December in MN and the weather is not great for shipping but willing to try shipping if they can be insulated to heck and gone
