Cross beak rooster

I have a cross beak rooster that’s a little over 3 months old now. Aside from him being much smaller than the others he hatched with, he chirps like a baby chick still. I was just wondering if he’ll grow up to be a normal rooster (sitting on hens, crowing etc.)?

He will probably crow, but it is unlikely that he will be able to breed hens because of his malaligned beak.

Even if he wants to mate and is able to it's better to not hatch any eggs he has fertilized as there may be a genetic component to crossbeak, and you don't want to be passing that on.

Yes he’s able to eat and drink from a designated deep bowl I have for him.

In my own experience, while they are little, they can eat enough to meet their needs. As their body gets bigger, it becomes much more difficult to eat enough to maintain the bigger bird. That bird has a pretty severe crossbeam

Already he is not as big as his flock mates. I would not expect him to live long enough to crow. Maybe your set up is different and he will be successful, I never have.
