Hello and welcome to BYC!

Doesn't look like either to me.. looks more like cross breeds. Both should have straight combs if they were the stated possible breeds. To tell the difference if they were pure.. the Marans would have white skin and a Rock would have yellow.. sometimes easiest to see on the bottom of the feet. A Domonique would look similar but with a rose comb. I can't make it out real well, but yours kinda looks like it *might* be a pea comb. One of them almost looks like it's got a beard or partial beard, while admitting sometimes pictures are hard to make out details or my eyes could be playing tricks on me.

Were they originally from a hatchery or feed store? Or where from? Also, for anyone who might be interested, how old?

3 of them have straight combs. 1 has a pea comb. I'm not sure on age got from a friend of mine. They are not laying yet so I'm assuming they're under a year old
