Cricket the bantam chicky. Yes sounds like a lil cricket when it chirps. Also the lover in the bunch originally thought to be the bully.
The 2 bantams with a pullet. Not sure what she is. And her wing feathers seem to want to flip out to an extent. They look different than the other chicks wings for sure. I call her Chicky Poo due to her pastey butt she had when I brought her home Sunday. It looks so much better now!
I believed this to be a Black Star Pullet thus naming her Star. now quick question. She has a White tip on her new wing feathers. Do the Black stars have these white tips. It's only on one little feather. on the other side of her. The white in the pic is her down
The yellow chicky on the perch. White pullet. Showoff of the bunch. I call her Pretty Girl. I think it's giving her a big head. lol
This here is the other lil bantie. I'm not sure what most of these are so any suggestions would be great. no name yet. my 5yo daughter's waiting to see if it's a he or a she.
Last but DEFINATELY not least.. the newest addition added today..errr.yesterday. lol
the FRIZZLE
I left Atwoods last sunday with the 3 pullets and 2 bantams although not quite satisfied because I really wanted a fuzzy footed chicky but didnt find any that tickled my fancy..So heres the deal. I click at the chickies..If they respond by a look or tilt of the head. They're mine. lol. So I returned today to the cutest new chickies. There were about 6 of these in the bin and this one caught my eye and apparently I caught his/hers. A little bashful being intoduced to the bigger chickies but settling in nicely!
And because I can't resist. She's my hubbies but she thinks she's mine and apparently wants to be a trick bird and of course the bantie can't let her have all the attention. lol
