I never let any shipped eggs sit, but especially in summer when temps are high. In winter they rest long enough to come to room temp, then into the bator for 24 hours sitting still, then turner flipped on.

I linked to callducks.org and looked over their "posters" showing the different color/patterns.....
.... I came away still confused. There seems to be quite a variation in the "real look" of these colors when you see pic's of actual ducks vs what the posters show. Tks!

This is what I do too.
Boy you hatch big, 34 call ducks at once, hope you have a big brooder even though they are tiny they will grow fast. Good luck I hope they all hatch. Once they start pipping I'm sure someone on here will hold your hand through it all.dont know if i'm reposting this but: i candled 35 call duck eggs the 7th.... 34 outta 35 had veins and were developing.... now if i can get them all to hatch....
