I’ve never had those before believe it or not hahah but they sound delicious! Do you have a recipe? If you like squash fritters you can make those ahead of time and freeze them for eating later and they’re super easy.

Brilliant. So envious and inspired! I can't really plant much at all until I get moving again. Best of blessings from over here!I know there’s several gardening threads already but I wanted one central place where I could post my endeavors and not have to post a million different places and times all over the forums hahah so here it goes.
I’m hoping to have a huge garden this year but we’ll see.
So far I have a lot of peppers started and today I’m starting the tomatoes and eggplants. I might start the squash and cucumbers too. We’ll see.
This is my current set up and the seeds I have. I also have a couple survival pack type things with TONS of seeds but I think I’m going to donate those. We’ll see.

This is the one I use. You can use any squash, zucchini, yellow, butternut. I make them and freeze in meal size portions. I use any onion I have on hand, or skip it sometimes.I’ve never had those before believe it or not hahah but they sound delicious! Do you have a recipe?
