Henny one of my hens lays eggs many times a day as many as 2 times a day. Last night she laid an egg while squating in the roosting area at 11:30 at night, that egg was perfectly normal but after she laid another today it was weird. :/ Here's some pictures...

Should I be concerned or is it just a one time egg?

It's a lash egg, a random weird one. Make sure they have enough calcium in their diets- crush some dry eggshells or buy crushed oyster shell from the store.

Is it normal on the inside? It looks like there was a kink in her system.

It doesn't look like a lash egg. That would be bad news.

That is not a lash egg.......it's a shell deformation that's often called 'body checked' egg.
Glitch in the egg gland often caused by stress.

What breed and age is the bird?
How often does she lay multiple eggs a day...and are you sure she does that regularly?

She is a red sex link and she is about 2.5 years old. She lays multiple eggs sometimes I'm not sure because some times in the evning and sometimes around 1:00.

Almost everyday I find one of her eggs in the laying boxes and they are usually normal and maybe 2 times this month they where soft shelled.

They say that Henny laid that egg was pretty hot out and Henny gets bullied sometimes.

Red sex links are usually done lay by about that age, this might be her last hurrah.
You have no other hens that lay a brown egg?

No I have many other hens who lay brown eggs but hers are unique with certain color patterns and they just seem to look different.

Will she be okay? She seems very happy and healthy to me. My other hen Rosie is internal laying and she's the same breed as Henny, Henny seems fine though.

Quote: Yeah, sometimes you can tell which hen laid which egg amongst similar colors.

Old hens at the end of their egg production lives can lay some weird eggs as hormone levels drop and their systems are 'wearing' out so to speak.
Hybrid birds, bred for high production, like the sexlinks, often stop laying around 2-3 years sometimes with serious reproductive system malfunctions, like your Rosie.

I had a couple old light brahma girls that laid 'body checked' eggs all one winter under lights, then back to normal after a molt in spring.
Tho normal for them was 1-2 eggs a week, they met the pot during this summers cull.
