Diarrhea After Treated w/ Corrid

I have three 7 week old pullets. Actually the jury is still out on one of them because she seems to be crowing and more aggressive. About two weeks ago, I noticed the one had brown watery poop. At first I thought it was because I had given them blueberries but then I noticed after a few daysthat the others appeared to have similar droppings but only in the morning. (All the poops below their roosting bar are solid) I was told by the feed store employee that it could be Coccidia so I purchased Corrid. She also said that it could be just an imbalance in their stomach and I also purchased a probiotic powder. I’ve been treating them for over a week now and we still have diarrhea, similar color to their normal poop but runny I do not see any blood. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I should mention that they are currently living indoors while I build their coop outside. Although I do let them out to free range for a few hours a day. I’ve also bleached down their makeshift coop, and add fresh bedding daily.

The probiotics should be helping that. Are you making it their only source of water so they're getting enough of them?

How can you tell? His/her back feathers appear to be rounded. I read that the females can take on a male role and sometimes crow if they have too much testosterone. However, I had an inkling from day one because he/she would stand really proud but now he/she acts like the ladies and the others have started to bully her/him. What is a cecal poop? I’ll have to look that up.

So no, I still have them on the Corie but half the dose as another member had recommended for another 10 days. In a separate container, I provided them with probiotics started that yesterday.
