Does anyone know what breed this is?

I have had this chicken for nearly two years and I have never thought to ask if he is a certain breed or if he just mixed. He has a very good temperament and is very good to his ladies, though not so much to other roosters. If anyone could tell me it would be greatly appreciated!

How big is he? There's not really much in the photo for a good sense of scale. With that comb, white earlobes, etc he looks an awful lot like a Sicilian buttercup/mix

The split comb is unique to buttercups. They also have the white ear. But the black feathers are something else - whatever he's mixed with. He's beautiful
