Dog thread!🐾

We did a tiny part of the trail but I was tired and also worried about other dogs. He loves them but he would either have to be off leash and allowed to play with them (which is allowed there but I’m nervous) or be at a point in his training where he can be on leash and ignore other dogs and he’s not there yet. Especially if off leash dogs ran up to him. That’s not fair to expect that then anyway. So yeah.

Bleppin' 'n' dreamin'

A thread for people obsessed with dog so we can stop derailing other threads! :lau

Doggy questions to get the thread going

-do you do any dog sports or want to do any?

-do you show dogs?

-whats your favourite breed/what breed do you want to get?

-introduce your dogs

Tucker is to smart for his own good. Puzzle toys no problem. He flips the toys and can solve them in seconds. Snuffle mats done in minutes. Towels with treats, boxes to open no problem
The kong gyro keeps him occupied the longest, but he learned to lay down and turn it.
Rainy days are no good for him, he is bundle of energy waiting to run😭🤣

GoodnessšŸ˜… is that because he is a field golden or will that get better as he gets older (or both)? Chase was a lunatic until he was about 3, then he calmed down a lot.

He is smart thats all. Always has been. At our first puppy class they had puzzle toys he took the toy tipped it over ate all the treats and then wanted the other toys. He was 12 or 13 weeks.
Tucker is a bit hyper but i know how to handle it. Its been raining so we havent been out.
