i have 3 indian runners that were hatched last year they were raised together last spring now they are older and its spring again one of my males are more dominant then the other very random cause he used to be a sweetheart. i know its not recommended to have more drakes then females but never had any major issues, i've now spilt up the only male thats over mating the female, in a outside coop area alone, he can see the other 2 roam around, its seethrough fence, they seem to be stood near him most the time/ it isnt as nice cause he has limited space and cant be with the other 2 freely, is this cruel? to keep him away from the others etc or will this calm him down abit not sure, i hope he doesnt feel lonely, any help would be lovely <3

I would get more females. You have several options, but all but one of them involve getting more females.

1. Add about 9-15 more hens and hope both males get along
2. Start 2 separate flocks and get each drake at least 5 more hens
3. Separate the drakes and give your hen another hen or 2 as a friend
4. Rehome the female and just keep the drakes and hope they get along

You may not have had issues with a bad drake hen ratio in the past but you are having an issue because of it now and for the the safety of the hen it needs to be addressed
