Duck Eggs...Why are they so good for baking?

I am going to make the old fashioned pound cake recipe today.

It calls for 10 large eggs. I usually use 12 eggs to make this cake.

I am trying to decide if I should use 6 or 8 duck eggs to make it.

I say 8. I would like the fluffier pond cake.
