Easter Egger/bantam rooster?

I know the white and black one is a Easter egger but not sure if cockerel or not?….black one bantam frizzled maybe? Pretty certain a cockerel? Confirmation/help identifying please? Both 7 1/2 weeks old.

agreed both cockerels

They're both too young to have male specific saddle feathers. Those won't come in until around 12 weeks.
With my breeds the cockerels often start to show gender specific feathering as early as 8-10 weeks.
