I don't see any pointy saddle feathers, but at 3 months it may just be they haven't started coming in yet. That comb is far more red (and bigger) than it should be on a pullet of that age, and the red leakage on the shoulders is suspicious too.

I'd say probably a cockerel, but if you haven't heard any crowing yet it wouldn't hurt to give it a few more weeks just to be sure.

I think I see pointy hackle feathers, a sure sing of male traits, before those saddle feathers come in. And this bird also is showing saddle feathers, and that red comb. Cockerel.

Agreed. He is without a doubt a cockerel. Even completely disregarding the feathering, his comb is massive
