Have you begun giving the vitamins to her yet? Here is a video of feeding a chicken with wry neck, mixing food and egg for selenium. The vitamin E and B complex plus egg are specific for her treatment. I would keep trying to feed and water her by dipping her beak.

I’m giving her a liquid mixture of; water, mashed chick crumble, selenium powder, vitamin E oil and B complex every 15 minutes
She sits in a sock along during the day
I give there the stuff by putting droplets on her beak which she swallows
I started treating her yesterday morning, she’s showed slight improvement I think, being able to stand a little, more energy and can hold her neck straight for a couple of seconds
