External Pip but no movement/peeps

Hi,
I’m on day 20 today and I’ve woken up to find an external pip. I haven’t seen any movement in the egg and heard no sounds (I’ve played chick sounds and gently tapped on the incubator glass). Humidity has gone down to around 61% during the night so not sure when I should up it.
Is this normal? It’s my first hatch and I’m worried!

Chicks can take quite a long time to actually hatch after that first external pip, and they rest a lot so you may not hear any peeps or see any movement. This is normal. Sit on your hands for a while- I think this is the most exciting, and worst, part of hatching! Good luck.

Had one hatch today at around 4pm! The others are taking their time though but are slowly breaking free. This chick has not stopped running around (and pooping) since it hatched (8 hours ago)- I read they’d be tired and want to sleep!

Thanks again for the help! I had 5 fertile eggs and all 5 have hatched! (I have no idea what gender or breed they are so I’m sure I’ll be on the breed/gender forum soon to see if anyone can help!) Thanks again though and here’s a pic of my babies:
