Eye injury, infection or tumor?

Her eye was squinty when we adopted her about a week ago. I’ve been flushing it out with saline, using colloidal silver and a bit of terramyacin. Any idea what that yellow ball in her eye might be?

Here’s a picture from when we first started treating her eye a week ago. There was also some hard white puss at that time:

Can you do a warm compress and then try to see if it can be gently squeezed out?

Hard to tell what it is, I know it's difficult to get clear photos, but if you can get some more that may help.

Is the yellow ball hard or firm? If so, it's likely pus that has to be removed.

It’s pretty firm. About the size of a small okra seed. Would you make a hole for drainage then hopefully the terramyacin can access the pus or do I need to squeeze it out. I’m nervous to cut near her eye.

If it's been like this for a while, I'd try squeezing it out. Hopefully others will chime in with their thoughts.

I'm thinking it's probably a ball of pus.
