Idk what’s wrong with her all the hens get along and rarely fight. This popped up randomly. She started with her eyes watering and bubbling and all the sudden she has this mass in her eye

My guess is that she has conjunctivitis and a sinus infection from a respiratory disease called mycoplasma gallisepticum or MG. Some call it CRD. I would flush out the eye with saline or an eye wash twice a day, and clean the pus out. Then apply some antibiotic ointment into the eye, just a small dab, twice a day. Also get some Tylosin to treat her water. Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days. Here is one place that has it in stock now:

Tiagard or Denagard are also used for treatment of MG. Terramycin eye ointment from feed stores is ideal, but if not available plain Neosporin ointment can be used.

I have been flushing it and cleaning it, just like regular drugstore ointment will work? And I put apple cider vinegar in there water every day would that interfere with it

I added to my last post if you check. Have you added any new birds to your flock recently? I would not use the ACV in the water. It is not needed. Be sure to only put Tylosin in the water alone if you get it.
