I have a baby that hatched a week ago who is not growing, and she sits back on her haunches. She uses her wings to help keep her balance. She's about half the size of the rest of the flock. She eats well, full crop to prove it. But, she's growing so slowly despite vitamins and lots of love. She gets Nutridrench in her water and Poultry cell in a syringe. She's separated from the flock because I don't want her trampled. She's warm and alert, eating drinking and pooping just fine. She's just tiny. Any advice for either issue?

Can she walk?
Any splay/spraddle leg?

Photos of her may be helpful.

Possible she's failing to thrive. I'd give her 1/4tablet B-Complex daily see if that helps. PND is great but it does not contain B2(Riboflavin). Dissolve your piece of tablet in a small amount of water, then give her drops of the vitamin solution throughout the day, repeat daily.

She's doing much better today. She's finally able to get up off her haunches so I think the vitamins are helping. She's also growing wing feathers now! I am going to keep doing what I am doing.
