Feces strange color

So in one of my small groups there are 5 birds I bought them from someone and they are still quarantined due to a few concerns they did have some snot but with vet Rx in there water that has seemed to clear up just a little bit of coughing and some strange feces pics below

Chickens have some crazy looking feces. Take a sample to your vet to see if any parasite are lurking in them. That way you have a more targeted approach when it comes to deworming.
