This morning, one of my female quails, Hanni, was walking just fine until she randomly flew/jumped up and landed on the floor, that's when she was on her side and couldn't stand up. She can move her legs but she can't hold herself up and walk, she also keeps yawning alot. What do I do? I am NOT going to cull.

Can you get a video of her?
Upload video to YouTube and provide a link.

I'm sorry to hear she's injured, can you tell if her legs are broken?
Not sure what's going on with the yawning, perhaps she's suffered some internal trauma as well. What's her crop like?

Is she able to take drops of water/fluids? If so, keep her hydrated. Giving sugar water or electrolytes would be good.

Unfortunately, Quail sometimes do suffer injuries from which they are not able to recover, give her some time, but if she's in pain and is suffering then putting her out of her misery may be something to consider.

If her legs okay, it may be neurological. Perhaps she hit her head? I agree with @Wyorp Rock, keep her hydrated and add electrolytes. I've seen quail with similar issues able to recover within a few days, while other times they don't make it.

I think she may have hit her head but I don't know what to do, I've been holding her in a blanket and supervising her aswell as making she she eats and drinks but I don't know how I can help her, if possible if she has an issue with her head/brain.
