Well, we bought our chicks and there were 2 rooster chicks among them. Now we are finally getting eggs. If we are getting them daily and refrigerating them, will we see any signs of them being fertilized-like blood spots-etc.

I had a nightmare about fertilized eggs last night!

The blood spot it sounds like you are describing has nothing to do with whether the eggs are fertile or not. I can empathize with you - I had an experience as a kid and did NOT want to repeat it as an adult. You should do a search on this site or google it either one ( search blood spot or fertilized eggs ) , and you will see that unless you look closely ( and know exactly what you are looking for ) there is no way to tell a fertilized egg from a non fertile one. I was dead set against getting/having a rooster in our flock at one time for just the same reasons - noone could tell me different even though my dear hubby tried to expleain the virtues of having a nice roo around. Unless the eggs are left out in very warm/hot conditions they will NOT develop. It would have to be at least a few days I believe before you would see any veining or embryo. Best wishes to you. You will soon find your fears laid to rest and not be having any more nightmares.

PS incidently the "experience" I had as a youngster was receiving fertile farm eggs from one of our parents friends - I was around 10 or 12 I think. I went to make breakfast for everyone one day and cracked open an egg in the skillet to find... well you know. It was gross and disturbing to say the least. I make sure to gather my own eggs now SEVERAL times a day, lol. I'm picky about it to a fault. Guess that one kinda stayed with me.
