Flowers that chickens do not like to eat!

I haven't found annuals that the chickens don't decimate.
They steer clear of roses. I planted some miniature roses in an old chair. They left them alone.
They also leave alone lots of my flowering shrubs that are hardy like weigela, hydrangeas, hibiscus, beauty berry and sedum. But I'm in zone 5.
I would look for plants with thicker leaves or stalks or thorns. They like tender plants. If ground planted, they will squash them or dig up around their roots so I tend to do "root rescue" twice weekly.

Mine have left petunias, zinnias and mums for the most part alone. But they will investigate and jump on the planters and take an occasional nibble. I’ve come to put chicken wire over plants or to hanging them on shepherd hook if I want to keep the plants safe.

They absolutely LOVE pansies, herbs and strawberry plants and will eat them to a nub. I make up a few planters for the chickens ~ swapping them around to give the plant time to grow again...

Good luck!

Silk or plastic. The only other thing they haven't destroyed are my Rosemary plants.

Nope! Mine love hopping up on the planters with silk flowers in them and ripping them out then trampling them into unrecognizable blobs.

Actually, chickens avoid tomato plants specifically because the leaves are poisonous. Mine tend to avoid apples, maybe because of the citrus or maybe because they just don’t like it. We have a lot of ferns and they tend to steer clear of them. What they do love, however, is squash! They just love to eat it up!

This reminded me that I put chicken wire in my perennial beds to prevent digging. I covered that with mulch so it is more attractive. It does not stop them from eating the plants though. :hmm

my chickens nibble at my pansies through their run bars when they can reach them, though I'm not sure if they would totally destroy them if they had full access
They may nibble the flowers but what they will definitely do is scratch and dig them up. They aren't particularly deeply rooted plants.
Chickens got into a bed of strawberries of mine and in 20 minutes there wasn't a plant left with roots in the ground.
It wasn't the plants they were after, it was the seeds and bugs in the soil under the plants.
