Yes she does. But I've noticed that when she does it she balances with the bad leg and scratches with her good one.It is so good to see her up and about. She is getting around pretty well. Does she try to scratch?

There's an idea! But I bet, if you put a mirror in one laying box, Phyllis would definitely use that box! Just saying.
That reminds me of an Aussie comedian in the 80s doing a skit about birds in the morning when you have a hangover.Me too. I have always loved birds. My yard is a song bird paradise.
My youngest daughter was home from college one summer and was sunbathing by the pool one morning after a late night out. She came in to get a drink of water comparing about the racket the song birds were making. They were so loud.
Her mother and I just laughed at her.
When I collect eggs, they are usually mostly in the same box, despite the fact that they will play musical boxes. That is some backup. At least they will use different boxes. Mine all want to use the same box!
That was it! Too loud! That reminds me of an Aussie comedian in the 80s doing a skit about birds in the morning when you have a hangover.
CHIRP!!!!! BLOODY CHIRP!!!!!!!!!
Congrats!I forgot to share that today was an 8-egg day!
That's fun. You never know which.I have 3 boxes for 3 hens, they generally all want to use the same box to lay in, but that box can vary from one day to the next. Seems it is first layers choice
