Photo Shoot
 Phyllis
was a true model today with a professional photographer. She rode beautifully in the car.

Here she is with her props.

Here are the results. It was difficult to pick prints as they were all amazing. The photographer said the camera loves her. She rocked her photo shoot for sure. No surprise there.

She was a bit all over tractor supply. Everyone wanted to meet her and pet her. Phyllis was most interested in some barred rock chicks.

When we returned home she received payment.

She was truly magnificent. Even taking time to poop in front of the photographer. 😆
Oh that was awesome! I want to do that with Mr P - but I bet he would likely have a coronary!

And you didn’t come home with any chicks?? I would have been soooo tempted 😁 - can you believe I was gonna run down to Peavey Mart this weeekend to check out the chicks they got in this week 😆 and get horse feed of course.

Good thing I have to head out to site this week 🤭

Love the first one where she was sitting on the beach chair.

Her relaxing on the beach was my favorite. 8×10 going up on the wall. I have to decide which to frame and give to my parents! 😆

Fair price. French lines close up, high quality trio with hens already laying so you know if they are laying the dark eggs last time I looked, 200 plus. I have never heard of Piemontes, but yours are very pretty birds. There are poultry shows in the states as well. I have never been to one, need to fix that myself just to spectate. Actually, scratch that, I might come home broke with a chicken or two that I do not really need. Being in Italy you also have access to our dear @BY Bob personal favorite breed. Leghorns. I hear he is like me when it comes to dying to get my hands on a Marans from France, he wants a Italian leghorn.
@Gigachad poultry I would give anything to get my hands on some true Italian leghorn eggs to hatch. @RebeccaBoyd is so right!

These chicks are also ignoring all the manuals about how they need to be kept under heat. They have their own views.

Has found some concerning poop but isn't sure who produced it, so it is hard to know who to consider treating.

Had an awful experience with one of her chickens that should serve as a lesson to us all about caring for chickens with poopy butts
https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...es-stories-of-our-flock.1286630/post-27123880
And continues to claim that she is doing her best to keep her chickens out of her office. Pony, you do realize we all know that you really like having them in there don't you?
