It’s mugshot Monday and my little Blue wants to participate in the festivities: IMG_4734.jpeg

They don't go into the pipes, but the bunnies do. I noted that the bunnies can no longer get into the yard now that I put up that security fencing, the chooks had great fun watching them hop up and down the fence.

Had an issue with Tippy also running up and down the fence-line in a panic trying to get back IN. She and her sisters, Eli-too, and Butterscotch are all brats - they fly out of the run, then go around the back of the barn and back into the yard through the poultry netting. Of course that's gone now and they can't get back into the yard due to the new security fencing. Tomorrow night I will need to make sure they go into the yard side and not the run itself so they don't fly the coop....

There's always troublemakers in every group.
A bit like Alex in our group
 There's always at least one :D

Bab was able to get in the coop and put herself to bed last night. 😊 I'm happy I trimmed the crests back so much.
I also was up late searching for Ric Flair, and when I opened the nest box on the tan coop I saw he and Bab were snuggled on the roost bar in a way where he was totally hidden when I looked through the pop door earlier!

Disco might be going to a new home, someone on Facebook was searching for his exact breed because her son recently lost his lil booty bantam. It'll be an hour drive BUT I would much rather rehome him over eating him!

That would be a great thing for him.

As for the hidden chooks - yep many time I have frantically searched for a missing chook, only to find them snuggled behind someone. Brats!

I still need to trim poor Betty. Tonight if I get time AND I remember - that’s the biggest thing - remembering!

The time thieves distract me and then I forget! Brats!
