I awoke to the sound of Dakota tootin! No question that girl can fart! Just gas, no poop, gas. I did share a bean and cheese burrito with her last night. Seems like she wants to sleep in the house, not the coop with the rest of the family. :old :idunno
Check fast food ingredients to see whether they use onion (minced or powdered) in the prep of their meats or beans. Garlic is not a major issue in minute quantity but onion is nixxed for any pet by my vet.

The following BYC thread is great but should address the egg inside an egg issue, but dont know who to notify:

Petunia has been plagued with egg laying issues, which is very odd since she is essentially a mutt. She has laid soft ones, been egg bound, laid a couple egg on egg ones.

Then her crop was impacted for over a month and I was going to do surgery on it. Then one night it resolved itself and she started a heavy moult!!

I am thrilled that she is moulting. Hopefully her factory will reset.

She is just another one that worries me.

Her sister Butterscotch lays brittle eggs - I am hoping she will also moult soon and reset her factory.

Have to say, I gave up worrying about what my horses, and chooks eat. They both will eat the paint off my truck if given the chance.

They both have stolen my bagels with various toppings. The chooks took my four huge beef steak tomato plants down to the stalk, and have eaten the red and green berries of nightshade.

Tonight Reenie my old mare got loose and ate the chooks textured layer ration out. Of their feed tub! I am sure it also had some poop in it .

:sick

They get table scraps sometimes and I know it has onions and garlic in it! They love roast chicken, and any meat actually, and fish.

The only thing they will not eat is broccoli! They run for the hills from it hahaha! Crazy birds!
