She is young to have an egg stuck, poor wee kiddie. Hopefully she gets her egg factory straightened out.

This is the first issue she has had. Thankfully she got it out. Hopefully this was just a fluke and she is back to normal soon. She still needs another bath tomorrow though. Her butt fluff is so filthy.

Kiddo is playing Chickens. I don't know where all her toy chickens are so we have 2 rubber duckies, a minecraft chicken, a windup chick, and some weird water drop chicken.

We got Eve toy poultry. She was playing with them at breakfast. The chick is named Olivia, the rooster is Dad, and the Turkey is called Tee.

We decided on Nocturne (nox) for the black hen. Nyx and Nox, both names for a night goddess.

My mother in law is also excited to get Cookie and Cream, she's never had chickens before and I'll be doing the work for her so she can just enjoy the fun bits haha. Dad-in-law wants to get a small coop in town but I don't think they'd have good luck, right beside a school and there are lots of raccoons in the town they live in.

Hubby says we can just get hatching eggs a few times a year to raise meat birds, that way we can let them be broody-raised. It is SO much easier having a mama hen.
