He was totally fine with me checking him over. No sign of pain in his tail.

He seriously has a glorious long tail. I helped him to bed without tucking his tail to one side or the other tonight, hopefully it's like a crick in the neck and passes with some time. I will continue to look into wry tail. I have goat selenium I can give tomorrow if I see anything about it helping.

The rooster requires steak and eggs for his breakfast tomorrow.

Cats know exactly what they are doing! That evil trait has been instilled into them by centuries of human interaction. Even the Egyptian pharaohs couldn’t tame their own cats, so they called them gods! :th

And now there is an overturned feeder by it! It looks like a blue egg. Must be from Flopsy.

And it sure was an egg, from Flopsy - she is my only blue egg layer in the Summer House.

It is still really brittle though, and I broke it so fed it to the ladies.

Hi Kelly,

I love bantams and there cute little eggs. I think we have more bantams than big chickens now. Here's a picture of a few of our bigger chickens. Not too many outside today. There's a lot of wind from the incoming front. View attachment 3980485
A few of the rascals are in Lety's flowers.
Your grass seems very parched- I take it you have had a dry spell?
