I kept this one alive with a SSD and a used GPU. Both were good upgades from the older parts.
A lot of all in ones are laptops without batteries and with a bigger screen.
All-in-one is just too large, the CD player mechanism was dodgy, & we still had to add a fullsize separate keyboard yuch! Too much $$$ for such a large footprint. I went back to a compact ssd laptop, disabled the finger pad mouse & use my slanted ergonomic mouse, w/ a compact external ss? HD for my photo storage.

My DS bought us an obsolete Blue Ray player to add to a TV which we never had so DH added a screen to the Blue Ray to view Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. I only watch Prime on it since I already like Netflix better on my laptop ~ but to each our own, eh? I want to dump the old Blue Ray but DH loves fiddling w/electronics to make them functional as long as possible. The two of you would get along famously about tech talk & chickens teehee!

Looks like tax pics (plural) are needed again...

Just include a pic with every "not about chickens" comment.

Edit: at least this has 2 chickens in it so counts as a SHRA too.

*cries in gaming rigs*
Hubby's computer is from 2020, he just upgraded video card and processor recently as well as new keyboard, mouse, and headset. But it should be able to handle new games for another 3-5 years. His was very high end and expensive.

I got my rig last black friday, it's mid-range for performance. It runs ARK: Ascended no issue so I'm happy. I also dabble in digital painting so I needed to go graphics intensive.

I have a laptop from I believe 2019 that is alright, it was mid-range and plays The Sims. We're going to do kiddo's schooling on it.

She passed away a little bit ago.
I am going to go ahead and close the plastic coop, this is the second bird who has presented as ill from it. Until I can disinfect it and add more ventilation they'll have to use the other coops.
What a bummer
Poor little thing. I feel bad for her :(
