Don’t have a clue about the cats eating the chickens feed……?

I have a huge problem with cats eating chicken feed. My neighbors many cats, which are starving, eat the chicken feed. It is bad when a cat will eat whole corn.

Today I started the gang on the Chick’n Swell Egg vitamin supplements.

They say give for three days then do it once a week.

It smells nice when I mixed it up, I used 25ml for 5L of water.

I’ll be interested to see if egg quality improves in the older ladies.

Rant about nothing:
They say alligator meat tastes like chicken.
They say frogs legs taste like chicken.
Even quail are similar to chicken only gamier.
Then why eat those exotic things in the first place?

Hellooo everyone!... I've probably missed a lot, I check in about once a day but I think the seasonal depression is hitting or something. I don't feel as social.

Everything is going well with my chickens though! Sybil has laid a total of 11 eggs. Nice, thick shells on em! The 4 we've cracked open have had such beautiful orange yolks. Once we have a dozen, dad is going to make omelettes with them! Just 4 more... 4 or 5 more days. Mmm...

frogs are friends not food!

Snapping Turtle is delicious, and tastes like chicken. Actually better then chicken.

Eat the exotics, keep the chickens as pets.

OH! OH! And see Sybil bathing right next to Aliss? They're even touching and no issues! Just a week ago, maybe even less, that wouldn't have happened.

Aliss and Sybil seemed to have reached some kind of understanding. I think Aliss is still dominant over her, but Sybil doesn't flip out any time Aliss goes after her anymore. Now she submits, but stands her ground. No more squawking at the slightest correction, and what's more, Aliss isn't targeting her like she was before! They sleep next to each other sometimes

It wasn't that bad, I was all bundled up! And that blanket of snow made it feel a bit warmer outside. I was out for about 2 and a half hours
