Excited for the spring. Hubby ordered me a digital hygrometer/thermometer for my incubator so I can check on it with my phone!

W/ as many chickens as you want a nice investment (if you dont already have one) would be a digital scale for weighing chicks or weighing eggs , etc. I wimped out & didnt get a digital one & was sorry I didnt.

Unfortunately this cat is not innocent. It has killed a couple doves and tried to kill a chicken. The feral cat problem here has gotten worse . I still love cats, but I don't know what to do with cats like this one.

& it gets worse as most ferals are not "fixed" & breed more ferals who scrounge for food wherever they can get it ~ bringing fleas, unvaccinated, unwanted cat poop, chicken stalking, etc. So so sad

We tried humane trapping but ferals are so skittish they're too smart for that.
