She’s just plain annoying. 6 weeks broody now.
They are a broody bench...all of our 5 are taking turns laying or going broody. At least one Silkie egg a day & after that DH locks up the coop the rest of the day so broodies have to forage around the yard. But the little buggers see DH go outside & the broodies immediately dash for the coop hoping he'll open it. Sorry, broodies...wait till roost time!

I love your lessons ~ REALLY ~ but don't get mad at me if I forget. There are so many similar looking patterns I just pick the 1st one comes to mind when I'm posting. Silkies I'm pretty much up on & blue chickens but once patterns are introduced it's a whole new world of wonder & amazement!
