Today, I had Grandma embark on an adventure, and that is trying some whipped icing I bought yesterday. It's mint chocolate chip flavored and I think it's safe to say she doesn't like it. I don't think I'll be giving her any icing/frosting ever again.

I just finished an hour drive in the country. Every which way from me is country. I’m back now with the chooks.

My mum has a old tape with me singing that song with my dad when I was 4 yrs old. I think she had it put on a CD - she said she had at any rate.

Thanks for the memory, I miss my dad horribly. But it’s a nice memory.

Sherlock wants to chase. If they don't run, he can't chase. We try not to let him chase. It wasn't his dew claw. He doesn't have any...never has. It was the outside toe nail...and seems to be healed.

Poor Shirley between broken feather, and sprain, and now a scuffed toe - he sure is getting pummelled by Mr P.

I had to lock the old boy away for both their sakes this morning. Shirley is just not built to be running hopping jumping and flapping!

Poor Shirley between broken feather, and sprain, and now a scuffed toe - he sure is getting pummelled by Mr P.

I had to lock the old boy away for both their sakes this morning. Shirley is just not built to be running hopping jumping and flapping!

Nope he’s ok; sometimes splinting and being contained cause more issues. As long as he isn’t being chased he will pace himself to what he can do.
