2014 and was a couple years old here. that was the first and last time Frosty laid on my belly but she does sleep with me.Curls up back to back. day one

Kids arrived. We'll be scarce until Saturday. This only happens about every two years so we will make the most of it. We can no longer travel to visit them. At least son can work remote using our internet.

We have 50 give or take new CCLegbar chicks in the brooder along with 2 White Jersey Giant chicks. A few more CCL chicks to hatch. A couple zipping now and several pipped. Delaying meds to late as I want to keep moving them to the brooder as soon as they are dried off good and moving around exploring their surroundings.

Yes. 7 older pullets laying with one brooding now.

7 CCL pullets give us 5-7 eggs a day.
