I mean are they hard boiled or perhaps scrambled.Egg form.
I haven't done it yet, but eggs can be freeze dried and used just like an egg. The thing is, you have to whisk them like you would for scrambled eggs. Then pour it in the tray and freeze dry. When they are done, run them through the food processor to make a powder. Then I think the ratio was 1 TB of egg powder to 1 TB water. They looked like regular eggs, that had been whisked of course. Could be used for scrambles or in baking, etc.
